Hi,
Obviously we have different rings on, M770-10 are probably a fraction skinnier than the 9speed equivalent, but chainrinngs apart are the cranks identical? Everything I can find so far points that way. Anyone know for sure?
Just ordered a M770-10 groupset, but will move the 10 speed rings on to my current M970 xtr cranks and sell the brand new crankarms on if there's no difference.
M770 and M770-10 both have a 50mm chain line. I know shimano are bringing out a XT double next year so it looks to me like they are using up their stock of M770 cranks with 10 speed rings on.
Thoughts please?
