Is there any difference in the thickness/construction of the rotors for Moto brakes and the normal M4/mono mini? Is/was Moto a bit more gnarr?
Cheers
The rotor track is deeper due to the larger pistons. If you put a v2 caliper on an x2/m4 rotor, it will catch the bobbins.
OK. Surely the other way round though if the moto rotor is deeper? i.e. a moto rotor would work with mono mini caliper, but a mono mini rotor would not work with moto caliper as the rivets would be too close to the edge of the rotor?
Cheers
Yeah, that's what I meant when I was typing, sorry if my thinking didn't match the text!
