if so, id be interested to hear from you if youve had a bad bout of diarreha in the last couple of days

I'm still recovering from a dose of Diarrhoea and vomiting that started this time last week, it's been through the house. There's a virus doing the rounds at the moment.

myself and some friends have all had it, while our families have been fine. the train of thought is eating on the ride after having scraped mud from our wheels after dragging the bikes across those farmers fields?
