Thanks Yodel, ok it got here quickly but they didn't even walk the last few meters and put a card through the door so I don't even know how long it's been there!
(bike shop remains anonymous as it's not really their fault)
We were due a delivery from DHL last Friday evening between 6pm - 10pm
In all evening, nothing arrived, no knock at the door, nothing left.
Called DHL on Saturday morning, they confirmed it hadn't gone out but due on same slot Saturday evening
Didn't arrive on Saturday, checked online on Sunday and it said it was delivered and signed for by us at 9.20pm on Friday night!
Checked neighbours, wheelie bins, hedges, roof etc but no parcel.
Retailer now refusing to refund as they say it was signed for by us. They have £150 of our money, we have nothing. I am sure it will be sorted but a massive ball ache of phones, holding, being fobbed off etc.
DX, big box containing costly chunk of bike, just left on front driveway! Apparently signed by someone with the same surname as me whilst me and the Mrs both at work!
frank - they should be able to email you a pic of the signature.
The shop must refund you as its their responsibility to get it to you hand they have only a faked signature
