Thinking of possibly going next year.
Presumably best place to fly to is Krakow?
What's the accommodation like in Bialsko?

Yeah I went, and yes krakow, when searching for accommodation you need to be staying in Szczyrk, loads of nice accommodation lots of new building with apartments to rent.

Will check out the accommodation and see what they have that's wheelchair accessible.
