Im a big fan of the 'Seth Bikes Hacks' vids and recently watched the one where he upgrades a pretty nice looking hardtail . Just been on the US website and their full suss bike is pretty much a Nukeproof mega. Compare that to the UK site and we have pretty much Halfords Voodoo style bikes .

Are they a different entity .?

Edit just noticed Diamond back UK site is 2017 so probably answers my own question.

Last time I got sweaty-palms over a Diamondback was around 1994 when I got to heft one of these in the LBS (nickel-plated Apex True Temper XT)

It didn’t weigh much and looked ace. Think it was about £700-£800 in old money.

Then I had a V Link, which worked out as a great soft-tail (really), though was designed as a full sus 😂

Yes you got it

Raleigh own the rights to the diamond back name in the UK and sell a completely different range of bikes

Trading on reputation of old.

shame as you say the USA bikes look good
