seen as couple of Evil Sovereign converted........have a Alpine frame and Z1 sl forks and need a project.......so can a Alpine be 650b converted?

Doubt there would be any clearance on a Alpine. Evil Sov's have sliding dropouts.
Plus I reckon it would ruin the handling making the bb too high on a HT.
