SO after finding it unresponsive a week or so ago it then worked fine

but now it is losing charge and I found it completely flat this evening meaning I missed a ride. Google thrown up loads of answers but mostly regarding the external batteries, not the internal ones I have.
Anyone had any problems like this? Bit difficult to get it to a bike shop over the next few weeks but equally I'd rather not shell out for junction boxes, wires and batteries without knowing where the problem is.
My guess is a short as it is only just over a year old and so a battery problem seems unlikely.
Do you have the ANT transmitter installed? There's a firmware update available to fix battery drain issues with it.
No. Standard ultegra with no extra add ons.
I've spent the last few weeks going through intermittent issues with a di2 bike ( no d-fly) Somtimes it worked Somtimes totaly dead with no light on the under bar box. turned out to be the internal battery. Was a dura ace group less than 6 months old. Only one we have seen like it so far
We changed both junction boxes and the cables before swaping out the battery , all the shimano diagnostic would say was that the battery was flat when the system was not working and said nothing at all when it was working fine
Can those of us with cables laugh yet?
No?
Too soon?
most di2 bikes we see in the shop just work and carry on working perfectly. But for my own bikes I can't see the need for di2 etc. dura ace 11 speed mechanical is stunning and I still love my old campy record 10 speed which just keeps going year after year
