Tried to rebuilt the DHX again earlier, this times its worse than before and pumped to 150psi I can hardly move the shaft into the body.
What am i missing here?
Using 7.5wt oil which should be fine.

Thats what got me into trouble in the first place 😉
Have you matchd oil viscosity with the original or just picked something with the same wt on the label? As I understand it, rear shocks are more sensitive the the wrong oil spec than forks.
Other than that thought, I can't be much help I'm afraid.
7.5wt but its not that thats making a difference, its bloody locked solid unless i take all the air out of the piggy
Could it be that the IFP has moved?
Newp thats set to the correct depth.
Im wondering if the rebound need is stuck so no oil is passing through..
