Looks like a couple of people got these last year http://singletrackmag.com/forum/topic/those-little-tri-bagsboxes-but-under-the-tube-rather-than-on-it how are they coping 12 months on?
I got a topeak aero wedge strap version last year and it's kinda falling apart - it's not been off my CX bike, done many bumpy off road miles so not sure whether this is par for the course or a bit lame. Repairable but not sure I CBA breaking out the needle and thread, my repair attempts will be lower quality than original and a pro repair will probably cost more than a new one.
Deuter bags are cheap on CRC, thought about giving one a go.
I have one and is good bag for cake and sandwiches..
Just make sure you heli tape where the velcro is
