Off biking with a mate tomorrow,based in Sheffield and wanting to ride somewhere no more than 3hrs away.was thinking trail centre or bike park for a change had descend bike park in mind.Just wanting to know how long is the push up,and how many runs likely to get in as pretty far from Sheff.Was also thinking degla and up for any other suggestions.

The push up from the very bottom is probably 15-20 mins, it's a while since I did it, you can also session the top faster section and push back up in 5 mins, the number of runs depends on how fit you are 😉
Cheers for advice,probably will give it a go as 20 minute push up doesn't sound too bad.Five runs and we'll be happy anyway I reckon.
There are a few other trails from the top to the hut halfway down so you should manage more than 5 good runs, have fun, it's always good fun there👍🏼
If you're not on a dh bike it's a pretty easy pedal to the top, takes about as long as the bus when the uplift is running just not as wasy to do 14 ina day.
