Can someone tell me if you can use an SLX 2x10 chainset with an SLX 38 tooth ring and a Deore 24 tooth ring?

Loving the Parkwood so much that its time to swap out all the SLX on my C456 for the Deore that came fitted on the Parkwood but my legs like the 24 tooth ring for the uphills!

Almost certainly. Unless Shimano have changed BCD/PCD recently (which I haven't heard anything of) you should be fine.

You may need to adjust the inner tabs of the chainring's (or the crankset spider) with a file to fit, but this is fine
