27 mins ·Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident which happened between 7:50pm and 8:00pm yesterday (Wednesday 31 August).
A cyclist damaged a vehicle's wing mirror on Sellars Road in Hardwicke. He pulled out in front of the vehicle and then hit the wing mirror with what is thought to have been a bat. He is described as being in his 50s, with a black moustache and wearing a black hat, a red and black jumper and a rucksack.
