Have the Cateye Strada Wireless on a couple of bikes, very simple, seems fine.
Speed, distance, trip, time etc,just the basics.

£34.99 seems a bit steep these days though.

Anyone recommend something similar but cheaper?

Anyone still use a computer at all?

Labelled as 20 function, has just two buttons, easy to set up wheel size and when in distance mode just need a long press on one button too zero the tripmeter, handy for following directions listings.
