Tricky to describe a ride. If you have a gps, rough ride guide have a load of gpx downloads for xc riding, for £2.

For a couple of hours I would go North east towards Wiggington , back to Wendover and seeing how much time i had ,go towards Princes Risborough.
O.S.map is your friend.
You could try this, Doesn't make a huge amount of difference but I'd ride it anti clockwise. A mix of road and off road, road sections are either short or not that busy.
If you want to shorten it then I'd cut off the bottom half and keep the Wendover end of the ride.
