Saw one of these outside a cafe on Dartmoor and thought it looked ok.
I have nice bits I could swap onto it.
The price is one I'd be happy to spend on a bike and not worry about it being unlocked in my shed.
We now holiday in Devon rather than jetting off abroad so it would be going up a lot of hills in Dartmoor.
Is the brose motor rubbish? I've only ever ridden my e conversions shopper so I wouldn't be comparing it to a nice bike.
Your experiences please.

I'm impressed it includes directional control for the price.

I’d doubt it. Brose are pretty massive (just not public facing) and already do all Specialized’s motors

I'm a fan of plus wheels so that's what tempted me with this bike.

Does anyone know if the warranty would cover a bike bought in Spain in the uk?
My brother is coming back from Spain in his motor home. How would customs know the bike was bought in Spain?
Bike is £250 cheaper in Spain.

I thought Haibikes looked bad. A new standard has been reached.

My wife has a cube reaction hybrid.
Previously, she had an older reaction hybrid, for 6 years.
And my mate uses it now.
I would thoroughly recommend those.
I’ve never heard anything bad about brose motors.

Email Decathalon, but I don't see why not, they are a european wide company. As for how would customs know? Would the bike be still in brand new packaging, and would the reciepts be lying around??.... get rid of the box, post the reciept home, and make sure there some dirt on the tyres? Overall I doubt there too worried about this kind of stuff.

For the sake of a 10% saving potentially losing the ability to easily dump a dysfunctional eBike at your local decathlon or repair doesn't sound like a worthwhile gamble to me.
