Just swapped out my Pike air spring with a Debonair (2016 29er 140mm).

I remember reading that folks usually dropped pressure and/or tokens after the change - anyone on here done that? What did you change and by how much?

I can’t remember what pressure I was running before but I had two tokens in and am now running without any.

Thanks.. Kind of feels a bit like that, might drop a token or two, I have four in.

AFAIR, it's pressure up by 10% and one or two tokens out.

My 140mm pikes are off the bike ATM after a full rework, including a debonair assembly, but it was certainly the case for my 160mm Lyriks when they were done.

I'm a bit of a bloater. Still 2 tokens in my 29er Pike. Bit less air pressure.

Noticeable difference over small hits. Nice stuff.👍

On my 29er 160mm Lyrik I removed one token and added circa 15-20PSI...

I was running around 25-30% sag in the front am now running I'd say 18%-ish, I had issues with arm/hand pump on long descents and kept thinking going softer from 20% sag would help, it didnt make any difference so left it soft, once I upgraded went harder (less sag) and have not had the same issues.
