looking to swap the brakes out on a new (to me) bike from the Code R's currently on it, to my favoured saints. however both the GX shifter and reverb remote lever (lever style not button) are mounted by matchmaker clamps attaching to the brakes.
both look like the same fitting so i'm guessing there must be a bar clamp i can get that would work with both, but some googling isn't getting me anywhere.
anyone know what i need and where i can get one on the UK?
TIA
We run Saints with SRAM shifter and Specialized dropper levers. There are plenty of adapters on ebay. Our last ones came from a shop in Ireland, had them in a couple of days. They can be had cheaper but the time scale was alot longer

Have a look at Problem Solvers https://problemsolversbike.com/article/mismatch-and-rematch-make-me-a-match for some options - I'd imagine Shimano would deliberately engineer out cross-compatability, so you'll need a third-party solution. Can't comment on avalability though!
Do you mean one clamp for both the brake and shifter/Reverb?
When you buy a Reverb aftermarket, you get the clamp included. It's just the same clamp the one for your brakes. I think there's a bushing to plug the gap where the brake lever would otherwise go but otherwise identical. To get you up and running I don't think you actually need anything - you can just take the brakes off the clamp, and re-secure the clamp.
You want a Wolftooth ShiftMount of the right variant for your chosen brake/shifter combo.
EDIT: Looks like saint levers are I-SPEC B, in which case you could replace your Saint levers with 8000 series I-SPEC II XT levers.

thanks @Tracey - thats looks like exactly what i'm after
We have them on most bikes, its the most simple and cost efficient way of doing it.
