You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
hiya, I've bought a second hand one of these and have downloaded the cane creek app, but unfortunately my bike isn't on it yet. the 2017 version of my frame takes a 190 x 50 , where as the 2018 version is 210 x 50.
Is the base tune for the 2017 model a good place to start? can I add X clicks to each setting because the shock is X longer?
thanks!
Start with halfway settings from memory 2/ 2/ 12/ 12.
Then follow the app cues, I personally found bracketting to be the quickest way to get to a feel that works for me.
Stroke is the same for both shocks but leverage curve may be different between frames. I would turn hsr all the way in before setting a lsr by doing the kerb test.  Then you can start on the lsc setting. Shouldn’t take long to get a base setting for the bike and your riding
cheers both
