I'm about 200 miles away so don't be able to join in, but don't know if any locals are interested.
Basically landowner wanting to get the right to wild camp in Dartmoor National Park removed.
Seems pointless, as I'm sure people will just wild camp anyway, and it's still a civil offense, for now at least. So unlikely to be a prosecution.
Can someone remind me what benefit hedge funds bring to society?
The photo on that article looks like our tent when we wild camped on Dartmoor a couple of years ago!
Great that he thinks shooting pheasants and stalking deer is better use of your time than communing with nature and quietly camping leaving behind nothing but footprints.
i have little affection for the DPA but that bloke is a colossal bulb.
