Anyone else endure this yesterday? Scraped a silver time on the 100k route by 45s which I was pretty happy with given the weather and a complete lack of training

my buddy did the 100, lost all but 3 gears 55miles in and did the last few miles on one gear, finished though!!
i must admit to feeling sorry for you lot when i woke up that morning to see the wind/weather!! it must have been pretty tough..
off out on a sunny south hams ride in a mo.

It was pretty unpleasant at times. I think a lot of people got caught out as it was pretty benign weather at the start point.
