[Closed] dark side help me find a road bike for my mate.

He wants to try road riding - so wants a "racer" might ride twice a week on it. Wants to spend 200 just to get started. Anyone got a cheap starter bike or point me towards a bargain/deal. He's 5'10".

Post a wanted ad on BR - seems to be slightly better for Roadie stuff than here. It's worked for me when I've wanted road stuff. 🙂

cool that one is better. Well in the absence of anything new they dont look half bad for 300 quid. Cheers for the steer DD.

no reply from seller yet. TBH for the 50 quid extra my mate can get a new one from halfrauds they do not look half bad so if matey does not reply it won't be then end of the world.
