Personally I wouldn't compromise getting the right size because something's a bit of a bargain.

Go to your local bike shop and get measured up, and it's only really the top tube and seat angle that will matter

Or you could go to your local bike shop and actually buy a bike from them.

NEVER buy a bike that doesn't fit you.

Have you looked at ribble? They do some pretty decent bikes at that price point, and you can then get your size.

at 6'3" I would expect you to want a 60 or 62 frame.

expectation and reality are often quite different.
no idea of torso/arm/leg length/flexibility/differences between how manufacturers size their bikes etc.

i'm 6ft1 and my road bike is a 55*

*another meaningless piece of anecdotal sizing evidence. 🙄

Its tricky - tom boonen is 6'4"- rides a 60 and has a 140mm stem. Yes he is pro and belgian(stem!) but just pointing out that sizing isnt an exact science.

that's his seat tube, it's the effective top tube that will determine fit (along with seat angle and headtube height) 🙂
