Doing relentless 24 and one of my worries is that legs may be stronger than upper body.
Currently have alloy bars on 29er with 100mm fork.
Wondering about advantage offered by carbon bar and opinions on the chewy version of these bars

I can certainly recommend the Chewy bars, run them on my hardtail along with their Half Bob lock-on foam grips.

Put them on for the GT7. Comfy and a good shape too.

Chewy with foam grips made a massive difference to my rigid 29er and my hard tail 29er.
Probably my favourite bars at the moment.

I haven't used the knuckleballs but soft bars do work, I have Crank Bros' Cobalt 11 780mm bars and they make a huge difference. (chewy knuckleball only comes in shorter sizes)

On harsher stretches of tarmac, I think the chewy Knuckleball is helping, while I'm using the skinny wheels and 700x35c Randonneur Pros.

I simply transferred over the default Wazoo grips, which to me look like they are re-badged Clark Birdcages. Are any of the sub tenner grips in the PX no-brainer buys?
