If you were only after a quick lap of Dalby while in the area with work, where would you park for free?

I feel that £7 is taking the pi$$ for just a short time.

£7 is a bargain I'd say, especially as Dalby actually seems to get maintained to some extent. There's free parking in Thornton le dale I think, but of you're on a time limit you'd be best just parking in the visitor centre.

Trailbuilding at Dalby is just starting up again. Hopefully, we have a new head of trail design too.

Gil had done over 10 yrs (he was around at the concept point) and was part of setting up Singletraction.

The new team will be building some new stuff, maybe opening a new line and in charge of maintaining/improving old stuff.

As for your £7, it's half a chain or a pair of Superstar grips. Wharncliffe, Stainburn & no doubt lots if other FC woods are free so your £7 has a long way to go 🙂

A quick lap of the red is still 2 hours riding so £7 seems good vfm to me. Plus the £7 is because its a toll road. Always has been. The parking is therefore actually free.
