I'm planning to drive up to Dalby next weekend for a couple of days riding. Maybe one day at Dalby then another on the moors? I've never ridden this part of the world before so i wondered how the ground would be holding up with the recent bad weather we've had? Does it get really boggy or should it frim up a bit if we don't have any rain/snow by next w/e?
P.S Any one have any really good moors routes to recommend, about 15-20 miles

dalby will be fine, it drains really well as much of it is quite sandy. There are lots of wooded sections but as they are on hill sides I think you'll be fine. As for the moors, they are very very boggy - here's some examples...

That looks dry compared to my ride there over the summer - I reckon a lot of the moors would be pretty poor riding if it is as wet as it is around here.
