I'm heading upto sandy hills, nr Dalbeattie today. However, all trails at Dalbeattie 7 stanes are shown as closed. Is this the case or are sections rideable? If not, can anybody recommend any other routes in the area,. I'm.not familiar with the area so any local help appreciated.Â
I think Mabie is not too far away from what I remember. Also Drumlarig?(never been so not sure) Best bet is to drive the 40 odd miles along the coast to Kirroughtree, a long way but we'll worth itÂ
Kirroughtree is pretty much closed at the moment because of the last storm. There are still trees down all over the place.Â
Think only Mabie and ae are rideable at the moment. Check the 7stsnes website
 
Dalbeattie singletrack routes are pretty much a no go area at the moment. Most of the fire roads are ok

Update from FLS Scotland today, apparently Kirroughtree is now open with some diversions in place.Sam at the Breakpad can give more precise information.Â
