Need a new pack for carrying tools and general use, old Dakine snowboard one could handle a mattock, shovel and mcleod strapped to it but that lot probably helped kill it, maybe 20 years old. Will often be used to carry weed whips, tarps, sandwiches & sex swings but no chainsaws. Strong zips, waist and chest straps, carry handles and good external straps, 25l minimum.

Happy for none bike specific and not a 3 figure sum.

I've wondered about using a golf bag. I tie my tools together at both ends and then carry them on my shoulder.

There's an Evoc Trailbuilder pack https://singletrackmag.com/2023/06/trail-maintenance-tools/

Dakine one looks cheaper though: https://www.biketart.com/products/dakine-builder-pack-25l?variant=42497273790643

I use an ex army pack, was cheap and is indestructible. Not the most comfortable pack though.
