Hi I will hopefully be in a position to get a qualification/training next year but who to go with? Cytech and BikeInn both look good, Cytech are probably better know to the average customer but that's not that important. looking to do level 1 and 2

I've never heard of Bikeinn training.

Have you excluded Velotech intentionally?

Bike Inn courses are IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) Cycle Maintenance as far as I can see.
Not sure how that compares to Cytech.

I did my Cytech Level 2 with ACT in Stafford - really enjoyed it, well presented course and a good range of course material.
