is Cytec level 3 the most advanced bike mechanic level?
my son has been medically discharged from the army.
he has been given funding to do whatever training course he wants, so he is looking at doing a bike mechanics course.
anyone have any info about Cytec stuff.
Sort of. There's other more specialist stuff after that like suspension tech and bike fit but Cytech 3 is the industry standard. He'll need to do level 2 first though, for sure.
And level 2 will confuse the hell out of you if you're not already a competent mechanic. One guy on my course really struggled with a few bits of it.
just been reading about it.
cheers Pete.

There were some special people when I did my L2...
Sorry to hear that mate, hope it's nowt serious for the lad?
Jase, he has torn his ligaments from the bone on his ankle, 2nd time.
reoccurring injury means medical discharge.
he is gutted to be honest, but shit happens eh.
I enjoyed doing my level 3.
The modules contained everything I already knew but it was nice to confirm that.
