I'm 1.85cm with long legs and short torso. So, looking at the Pickenflick and I have to choose 57tt, 11cm stem with lots of spacers or 59tt, 9cm stem and less spacers. I want to race CX. I've never been on a CX bike before but there seem to be lots of different views on fit. I have quite a few bikes and there is enough variability in their geometry to accommodate either scenario above.

A 59tt sounds a bit long for someone your height. The 57 is the one to go for, no reason why you'll automatically need alot of spacers, you can adapt your bike fit to suit a lower stem.
