You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
My commute has mainly segregated roads, so I pretty much never see cyclists jumping lights. Not really noticed it as a thing outside of London either, but I assume by the noise its continual.
Whats more alarming is the increasing number of motorists that treat red as advisory - so many blatantly running them. More than once I've had toots and gestures for slowing down on amber too.

It's not only red lights... I've had a bus trying to intimidate me into a box junction... horn blaring and an inch off my boot...
This is however all part of the same thing (IMHO).... once road rules break down and become a free for all then everyone else gets pulled in.. some reluctantly... (Either on bikes or driving) I don't like being pushed into the amber because the person or people behind me are racing for it and trying to stop seems more dangerous than not.
Nearly all voters have had their life negatively impacted by a cyclist not following the rules… whether the outcome of that was merely a scare annoyance or a trip to hospital is just a matter of scale when there is a bandwagon to jump on.
Are we just making stuff up now?
Unless reading a Daily Mail headline about "Lycra Louts" counts as being negatively impacted I seriously doubt you have any evidence to back up that assertion.
