I passed a cyclist this morning just south of Tunbridge Wells, unfortunately he was laid out in the center of a main road with his bike under a car..
Looked like the car had just pulled out of a junction so hopefully it was a low speed incident, just wondering if anyone knows him or how he is. he was wearing overshoes, blue bike with about three leds on the back.
