You'd still get convicted of manslaughter if you were having an argument, pushed somebody over, they hit their head and died (murder if you punched them). Except of course if a motor vehicle is involved, so I'll be restrained in my celebrations.

aracer is spot on with the manslaughter comparison. It is the case again and again that you are are going to kill someone, accidentally or not, you really should make sure you are in a vehicle at the time. No better example than the Glasgow bin lorry case.
