Has anyone had any experience of claiming against a motorist through them? I got knocked off , no sustained damage to me but my helmet and clothing is battered. When I rang up they almost seemed not interested when I said I wasn’t claiming for personal injury
They got me a good settlement when a local farmer kept an unmarked rope across a bridleway, but that was injury as well.
Did feel they were a claim processing factory - by the time they'd agreed to take on the claim I'd already got an admission of liability from the farmers insurers, but when the case got passed to a more experienced handler I was very impressed, and I used to be on the opposite side working for insurers.
