Even though i've managed to lose some weight (5 stone although nobody asked) I'm still on the husky side.
I'm on the lookout for slacker/looser/not road bikey style tops that come up in larger sizes, preferably short sleeved and not costing an arm and a fat leg. Something kinda like this:

something that isn't so fond of hugging the old love handles, the baggy t shirts aren't cutting it anymore
Have a look at Fat Lad at the Back - not cheap but real world sizing.
(Transparency alert - I used to be a brand ambassador for them)
What size are you? I've one of these in XL, too big for me now, and I'm not planning to get back into it! You can have it for the postage cost, it's still in decent nick, couple of wee pulls on it where it's been washed with velcro gloves etc.
Also, have a look at the start fitness PSA on madison stuff that Tracey posted up, I like their tops, especially the 3/4 length sleeves cut.

that morvelo top is horrific!
different strokes for different folks. I'd look at dakine stuff, always reasonably priced.
Have a look on here, EXTRA10 was working at the weekend for a further 10% off
Ive been on the road bike in my Endura mtb top today. Works a treat. There again I also had baggies, Primark trainers and a cowboy hat on so feel free to ignore my advice
I'm also husky in build. I've generally found Raceface and Cube are reliable. Cube are often cheap on Sportpursuit.
Look for Gore stuff on Amazon.
American sizes I reckon, and occasionally very cheap.

Not sure if thread needs pics or not 🤔
My girlfriend does look far better in the ensemble than I do.
Strangely I look far worse wearing her clothes. Who knew?
