Need to be reasonably chunky/stiff soles, but not like full on walking boots, but still ok with DMR V12's.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

//last bump//

May have to resign myself to the fact that I may have found a question that is just so dull the STW hive mind can't be bothered to answer!! 😉

Shimano AM41. Tough as old boots (sorry) and super grippy.

Do you want flat shoes or SPD's? You say cycling shoes but then say you will use them with flat pedals....

If you want ones that do both, I used to use Shimano MT33's. Look like normal shoes, but have SPD's on too. Take the cleats off for jumpy work though.

@Samuri - non-spd, but not flat skate shoes

Just had a look-see - those MT33's are more like what I was thinking of - ta.
Anything else on similar lines worth looking at?
