Pantani - Accidental Death of a Cyclist
GCN - Loads of episodes, cover all sorts of bike related stuff

Gravel Cyclist - Gravel related CX races
Sure they'll be loads of RedBull DH stuff, mebbies XC racing (dunno)
Might take you a bit of a search but since you've got nothing better to do hey.... 😆
The iconic .... Sunday in Hell.
Give it a try after lunch... it'll help you nod off... but not in a bad way, it isn't boring... just very slow paced and of it's time mid 70's... I love it.
If you like it, give ... Heroes and Watercarriers .... a go... same director
Here you go, seek out TheCrow90mtb page there are loads of DH/Enduro stuff and it's well filmed too..

All the recent XC and DH races can be found on RedBull.tv, as well as stuff like Rampage.
UCI channel on youtube is good if you fancy watching CX or track.
