ha

I ordered a some stuff from them during the holiday season. Didn't think much of it. Checked my email a few days later but no update on shipping etc. Called them about a week after placing the order to enquire on shipping. I was told the items were not in stock and they would need to call the suppliers and see if they had them in stock etc

I told them that at no point during the transaction did it say the items were not in stock and that their process was misleading. Nor did they have the courtesy to inform me to say the order was not in stock or would be delayed.

Customer rep couldn't be bothered to be interested in the least. Cancelled my order promptly.

They have a physical shop in Congleton if that makes any difference.

I've ordered a few things from the online shop and bought a few spares in store, but nothing of large value.

It's not really my kind of shop, but all transactions have been fine.

A lot of my recent kit has come from them and they're fine. When an item I ordered wasn't in stock despite the webpage showing it was they emailed immediately to ask if I wanted a refund or wait for stock.

Not always next day shipping but fast enough for me.
