Geoffj is correct!

I do both at the moment. Two unrelated schemes on offer to save a bit of tax.

Limit is £243.00 per month on the Childcare voucher thing though.

IIRC if your company is operating a cycle to work scheme then it HAS to be offered to all employees.

This is dependant upon your tax bracket. But as above yes you can do both.

Our company had a policy that you couldn't drop your salary below a certain level, something asking the lines of dropping below minimum wage.

I've done a, slightly contradictory, cycle to work scheme and salary sacrafice season ticket loan at the same time with no bother.

Had both in place for years, no problem for me and it has never been mentioned that you can't do both at the same time.

Our fourth child is called Solaris and the child care vouchers go to nanny Cyclewise.......

No problem doing both. I do. The only thing is that as it is a salary sacrifice scheme your salary has to remain above the minimum wage. With the childcare vouchers you can't claim the full £243 if a higher rate taxpayer (so the 'saving' is the same for all) unless you were already in the scheme before April 2011. This isn't the case with the cycle to work.
