I am looking to visit a friend over the weekend and wouldnt mind going by bv bike,i can find the route by car(motorway) but cannot by bike anyone help me.
Thanks for that but only has a limit of 50km ideally i would like it to brake it down like the rac one,telling you exactly where and when to turn

either use that one in stages, or use the "avoid motorways" option on the RAC planner then
google maps directions works , stick in start and end postcode then drag route around where you want to ride and print out the turn by turn directions on the right of the map
I use Google maps - sometimes with the walking option.
