Anybody got any opinions on them?

I used them last year with no issues (but no reason to claim). But..... I now use Bike Mo plus as they seem much better - https://bikmoplus.com/
There also ALOT more reasonable - both my bikes insured for the cost of one with cycle plan.
A mate also uses them and has claimed recently with great customer service and absolutely no issues.
