I want to get some mudguards for my CX bike now that winter weather is upon us. I run 700x28c tyres on it. The front only has a bolt mount at the top of the fork, none at the lowers at all, have thought about using p-clips but the legs are not round, although could form larger ones to fit. Rear has a mount at the base of the seat tube and one on the brace at the top of the seat stays. I do have pannier mounts at the rear of the triangle.
What mudguards would be suitable? Would clip on guards be better or should i put proper mudguards on using p-clips or similar? I might be getting a pannier rack too, so can the rear mounts be used for both? The bike is a Norco Threshold A2 if it makes a difference. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Any suggestions?
