will be down near cwmcarn in the next few weeks and was wondering if the xc loop is any good? worth doing?

If you're down there anyway yes it is, it's short, so I'd not make a long journey. I used to head over from Bristol and do 3 or 4 laps for a decent ride. Reckon on an hour or so for a lap.
