I'm feeling the need for a bit fo trail centre on Monday, and I recall a while back that Cwmcarn was going to have a re-model. I think it was the 'Airwalk' freeride type section with loop down through the large pipe section, but I'm not sure. I've ridden it once and enjoyed it, but it's not worth the bridge tolls unless fully open.

Fully open, Airstream the 'freeride' area is now fully open, all ladder drops, corkscrew tunnels and wallrides having been removed to due to people trying to sue the FC as they fell off on them, although the case has just been dropped as it was so weak.
Anyway, yes all open Enjoy! 😀

well there's some berms, rollers and tables, so it's still fun and hence the ''s on freeride 😉
Bit of shame. I hope the tables are better shaped than the ones at the bottom of the DH run.
Ah, that's a shame that it's been sanitised, but then that's what a trail centre is. I do admit that I nearly fell off the tunnel the first time (took a line too close into the left without knowing it was there!).
Right, I'll go knock around a couple of laps on Monday.
