dont know if iv spelt it wright but do any of you know how to do them?
if so explain i felt like i was about to go over the bars!

You turn then push through with your legs rather than unweighting the back. if you're unweighting the back then your probably using your hips to shift the back wheel rather than your thighs. its basically a turn then push rather than a mini endo.

at least that's what i got told and it's what i'm trying to do, with a little success.

Practice form walking pace or trackstanding, lifting the back wheel, rotating the bike and putting it down without using the front brake.

Then try it mid corner, basicly lifting the rear wheel up just enough that it loses traction. Feels like you've gone into a bermed corner too tight and too fast and drifted the back end up the slope which is probably a real cuttie.
