Anyone have recent experience with how long Wiggle are taking to reply to emails? The automatic response email said they aim for 24-48 hours but it's been 96 so far.

If it's urgent, get on the live chat on the website, they normally sort you out sharpish.

Very slow if at all. I used to think they were great until i had to actually contact them to resolve a problem.
All in all Stil livery good so long as you don't need to change, amend update, query any items ordered.
Also, their staff answers are often wrong in their Q+A section.
