Spending a few days in Barnstaple, and have seen road closure signs around Watersmeet, Ifracombe towards Helle Bay, Kentisbury Ford.
Which affects many of the routes I would normally pick. Are these roads actually closed to all, or just cars? Just trying to put together a route out to Simonsbath at the moment and wondering which roads are passable..
