I just picked this up and need to get a new mech hanger, but there are a few to choose from. I don't know the year.
I do know there are 15mm between the bolt holes.
It's a Cube Aim

Hope someone can help. I've done an image search to find the year but no luck.

The wheels lists your frame for their 149 hanger - I just wrongly assumed the cube 149 was the same one.
