Good morning, a long time lurker who would like to do lower leg service on my 2021 Fox Performance 34s. I'd like a little steer if at all possible / people are willing. Does anyone know what size crush washers needed to carry out a lower leg service of the above forks? Fox crush washers appear to come in two sizes (8mm and 13mm). Do I need both? I appreciate they can be re-used, but would like to have some to hand in case needed. Thank you
Yes there's an 8mm on the air spring side, and a 13mm on the damper side.
I've re-used in the past with no issues, as when you change the airspring you get a new circlip and crush washer for that side but not for the damper side so I had to re-use it.
They do have a habit of getting stuck in the recess in the nut when you undo it, so make sure you don't think you've lost it and end up with two fitted when you re-assemble.

Crush washer size on the Fox 34's can vary depending on what damper you have. A sure fire way to get it right is to look at the nuts at the bottom. 15mm nut = 13mm crush washer, 10mm nut = 8mm crush washer
